Home stuff
While we have been in Navarre, Florida we have been staying at Grandma and Grandpa’s house a lot of the time, so we need stuff to do. We play table tennis, Zavi, Dad and Grandpa unicycle, I listen to podcasts, Grandma and Cora (But mostly Grandma) sew, we read books, and we even did a puzzle of Lisbon, Portugal. Every day we try to have a game of table tennis doubles, first to 11, best out of 3.
We have lots of great food, like American biscuits with cheese and maple syrup (Yeah, it does sound weird doesn’t it), which are totally different to Australian biscuits. Grandma usually cooks dinner, and yesterday we had sausages cooked on a fire outside.
One time when we were passing through Tallahassee, Florida on the way back from Disney World we stopped at Mo Betta Barbecue. It was REALLY good. Some would even say it was more better than normal barbecue. One review online even said “It was Slap-yo-Momma-good!” Which is a saying none of us had ever heard before.
The day after we got back from Disney World we went to Pensacon, which is the local Comic Conference. I got a Dungeons and Dragons T-Shirt and some pins. I wasn’t very surprised when even before we got in Dad went “OMG it’s Startroopers!” We even got a picture with a Mandalorian. Zavi bought some lego minifigures.
Thanks for reading! And until next time, that barbecue was “Slap-yo-Momma-good”…
Fancy T-shirt :) poggers!
